Is It Safe to Buy Bras Online Here?
The short answer: yes, if four things are true of the seller: the product is genuine and is exactly what you ordered; someone helps you with size before you pay; you pay cash on delivery; and you can exchange within 7 days of delivery if the fit is wrong. At SHAPE all four are true. If any one is missing, go to a store instead.

"What if they send something else?"
SHAPE sells only its own products, made for SHAPE, so what you order is what arrives. There is no marketplace middleman and no imported stock of uncertain origin. If the parcel is damaged or wrong, message us with a photo of the parcel and we sort it.
"Size can't be judged online"
It can, with two numbers. Underbust and bust in inches, or your usual size, sent to us on Messenger or WhatsApp, and a woman on our fit team replies with your SHAPE letter and the right style, privately, before you order anything. Here is how the online size help works, and how to measure at home.
"And if the size is still wrong after I buy?"
Exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn and unwashed. We swap the size or the style; there is no money-back option. Panties cannot be exchanged, and online orders are exchanged through the online team rather than at a store. Here is the exchange policy.
"I don't want to pay before I see it"
Cash on delivery, anywhere in Bangladesh. Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days inside Dhaka and 5 to 7 outside. You pay when the parcel is in your hand.
