What a fitting is like
- It is private. One consultant, one fitting room, door closed.
- It takes five to ten minutes. We measure, then bring you a few styles to try.
- You can leave with nothing. We would rather you find the right fit than buy the wrong one.
- Bring someone if you like. Your mother, your sister, your best friend.
- No appointment needed. Walk in any day the store is open.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an appointment for a fitting?
No. Walk into any SHAPE store and a fit consultant will measure you. Fittings are private and one-on-one, with no obligation to buy.
What sizes can I try in store?
Sizes run S to 5XL. Band-and-cup styles come in bands 32 to 44, cups A to DDD. Ask us on WhatsApp whether your size is in at your nearest store before you go.
Can I get help without going to a store?
Yes. Message a fit consultant on WhatsApp, or use the bust size calculator at home.
What if I buy in store and the size is wrong?
Bring an unworn, unwashed bra back to a SHAPE store within seven days for a size exchange. Panties and sale items cannot be exchanged. See the exchange policy.
Can I order online instead?
Yes. We deliver nationwide with cash on delivery, in plain, discreet packaging. Inside Dhaka orders usually arrive in one to two days, outside Dhaka in three to four.
