Exchanges, not refunds. We find you the right fit.

We want you to love what you wear. If your purchase does not fit right, we will make it right by exchanging it, not by sending you away with your money back and the same problem. Finding your correct size is the whole point.

Easy Exchanges Within 7 Days

We offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery, for orders inside and outside Dhaka.

If it is not the right fit, just message us. We will arrange the exchange, and our fit consultants will help you land on the right size so the second one is correct.

What qualifies for exchange:
• Bras, saree shapewear, and other non-panty products in original condition with tags intact
• Items that have not been washed
• Products with original packaging and labels

What Cannot Be Exchanged

For hygiene reasons:
• Panties and underwear cannot be exchanged once opened
• Items that have been washed or show signs of wear or damage

For policy reasons:
• Items purchased on sale or promotional discount are final

How to Exchange (Online Orders)

Orders placed through shapelingerie.com must be exchanged online. They cannot be exchanged at physical stores.

Delivery Charges for Exchanges

A delivery charge applies for exchange shipments, based on standard delivery rates:
• Inside Dhaka: Standard rate applies
• Outside Dhaka: Standard rate applies

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days and we will replace it at no delivery cost to you. That is our mistake to fix, not yours.

Questions, answered

Can I get my money back instead?

We exchange rather than refund. Our aim is to get you into the size that fits, with free sizing help from a consultant, so you end up with something you actually wear. Message us and we will work it out with you.

What if my size is out of stock?

We will hold your exchange until your size is back, or help you choose another style of the same value, whichever you prefer.

Do I need the original packaging?

Yes, please keep the tags and packaging until you are sure of the fit.
