Sizing help, without cup letters

The short answer: you do not need to know cup letters. SHAPE sizes run S to 5XL, two measurements are enough, and a woman on the fit team will confirm your size on WhatsApp.

Three ways to find your size

Between two sizes

On seamless and stretch styles, take the bigger size. On push-up styles the exact cup matters more, so confirm with us first. The full reasoning: why we go up one between sizes.

I only know my size from another brand

Another brand's 36 is a starting point, not the answer. SHAPE's chart was developed from thousands of fittings of Bangladeshi women, so it does not match an imported chart and is not meant to. See what your SHAPE letter means.

Sports bras size differently

Power Sculpt and Easy Fit use their own band charts, shown on each product page. Never apply the letter chart to them.
