Ordering Online for the First Time: Getting the Size Right
The short answer: Send two measurements before you add to cart: band under the bust, and bust at the fullest point. Message us on WhatsApp or Messenger, tell us what bothers you about your current bra, and we will recommend a size and style. Keep the tags on when it arrives, and exchange within seven days if it is wrong.
Online sizing is harder than in-store. Even with measurements, fit depends on breast shape, posture, and personal preference. We get it right most of the time, but exchanges exist for the times we do not.
Step One: Take Two Measurements
You need two numbers. First, your band measurement: wrap a soft measuring tape around your ribcage, just under your bust. Keep it snug but not tight. Write down the number in inches. Second, your bust measurement: wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level. Do not pull it tight. Write that number down too. If you do not have a measuring tape, use a string or ribbon and measure it against a ruler. These two numbers are enough for us to recommend a size.Step Two: Message Us
Send your two measurements to us on WhatsApp or Messenger. Along with the numbers, tell us what bothers you about your current bra. Straps slipping? Band riding up? Cups gapping? Visible lines under a kameez or kurti? This context matters. Two women with the same measurements can need different styles depending on what they want the bra to do. The more you tell us, the better the recommendation.Step Three: We Recommend a Size and Style
Based on your measurements and what you told us, we will recommend a specific size and style. For a first order, many women start with the Seamless Air Bra (Tk 1,265, M to 3XL) because it is lightweight, comfortable for daily wear, and a good baseline for understanding your SHAPE size. You do not need to create an account to order. Cash on delivery is available, so you do not need to pay online either.When It Arrives: Try It On
When your order arrives, try the bra on before removing any tags. Check the band, cups, straps, and centre gore using the same fit checks our advisors use in-store. Keep the tags attached. Do not wash or wear the bra outside the house until you are sure it fits. This matters for the next step.Exchange Within Seven Days
If the size is wrong, you can exchange within 7 days. The bra must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags still attached. Panties are excluded from exchange. Do I need an account to order online?

What if I do not have a measuring tape?
Use a piece of string or ribbon. Wrap it around your body as described, mark where it meets, and measure the length against a ruler.

What sizes are available online?
Most styles run M to 3XL, with core styles reaching 5XL and a plus size line to 7XL. Band-and-cup styles come in bands 34 to 44, cups A to DD.
