Coffee Is Our Best-Selling Shade
The short answer: coffee outsells every other shade on our four biggest bras, the Seamless Air Bra, Signature Seamless Bra, Seamless Contour Bra and VLite. It is the shade that sits closest to the skin on the chest for most women in Bangladesh, so it reads as shadow under white and pastel fabric and disappears. We call it coffee, not nude, because that is what it is.
Women rarely ask for coffee by name. They ask "white kameez er niche ki porbo?" and coffee is the answer, again and again, until it became the shade we make most of.
Why a colour can disappear
Thin fabric lets light through and bounces it off whatever is underneath. A bra that reflects light the way your skin does has no visible edge. For most women here that is a warm mid-brown, which is coffee; for lighter skin it is beige. White, which people assume is safe, is the brightest thing under a white kameez and shows as an outline. Here is how to pick your shade.
Why we do not call it nude
For years "nude" in lingerie meant one pale beige, drafted for somebody else. Our founder's rule is that every shade is named by what it is: coffee, beige, black, pink. Nude is not a colour on our shelf; it is whichever of those disappears on you. Naming it honestly also means a woman in Sylhet and a woman in Dhaka can both find theirs without guessing what "nude" was supposed to mean.
How to know if coffee is yours
- Compare in daylight, against the skin on your chest, not your face or hands.
- Pick the shade that almost disappears. Between two, the slightly deeper one shows less under white.

The maroon footnote
