  • In-App support: Our App includes a chat feature that allows you to submit a support ticket within the App. We aim to respond to all support tickets during business hours.

  • Social Media: You can find us as SHAPE on Facebook & Instagram. Message us on our social media to get support & drop your queries.

  • Knowledge base: We maintain a knowledge base that includes frequently asked questions (FAQs), troubleshooting guides, and other helpful resources.

Exclusions

Our support services do not cover the following:

  • Issues caused by third-party products or services

  • Issues related to hardware or network infrastructure
