You do the fitting.
Many women in Bangladesh have never been measured for a bra. They buy a size someone guessed. SHAPE was built to fix that.
A woman walks in unsure, and you help her find her right size and the right product for her. You will also advise and convert customers on WhatsApp and Messenger during shifts.
This is shift work, built around your schedule. You choose your shifts and control your time.
Our founder and our existing Fit Experts will train you on SHAPE's size consultation method. It is not taught anywhere else, and it is the core of what we do.
The work
What you will do
- Fit consultations. This is the core of the job. A woman who has never been fitted will be nervous, sometimes embarrassed. You give her a private size consultation. You help her find her fit and her comfort.
- Help proactively. Greet every woman within 30 seconds. Show her what suits her. Suggest the matching panty. Close the sale.
- WhatsApp, Messenger, inbound calls. Answer fit questions with real knowledge, not copy-paste replies. Many of our sales start as a message or a phone call.
- Capture the details. Size, fit notes, contact. Every consultation, every time.
You work on a roster across nearby stores. You report to the Store Associate who runs the store that day.
Pay
BDT 700 per shift. A shift is 6 hours.
We guarantee you at least 15 shifts a month. You can take up to 30. You tell us your preference and we roster around it.
Base pay by shifts worked:

On top of your base you earn a sales incentive against a monthly target. The target and the rate are set out in your offer, and busier months earn more.
- 20% staff discount on SHAPE products, up to BDT 5,000 a year.
Requirements
What we need
- Excellent communication. You can explain something clearly, listen properly, and read what a person is not saying out loud. This is the single strongest predictor of who does well in this role.
- You like being around people. Not tolerate it. Like it. Six hours on a floor talking to strangers is a long day for someone who does not.
- You are approachable, and you know you are. People start conversations with you. Strangers ask you for directions. If that has never been true of you, this will be hard work rather than good work.
- Warmth. You can make a stranger comfortable talking about her body in a fitting room. If this is natural for you, this job will be easy.
- Reliability on the shifts you commit to. We build the roster around what you tell us. If it changes, we hear it from you first.
You do not need sales experience. You need patience and the ability to listen carefully to someone who is embarrassed to ask for help.
This role is for women only. SHAPE's fit consultations are private and body-sensitive. This is a genuine occupational requirement.

- You control your hours and your earnings. Take 15 shifts in exam month and 30 in the holidays.
Hours and stores
You will be rostered at stores near you.
Stores are usually open 11 AM to 9 PM, and most are open on Friday and Saturday. Hours and off-days vary by location.
Shifts are 6 hours within store hours. Your roster is shared in advance so you can plan around classes.
