Creator Network Operator
Mobilises a network of Bangladeshi creators to make high quality, on-brand video for SHAPE at scale, on time, every week.
Full-time preferred, Dhaka. On the phone, on set, and in the stores. A people person who understands brand and runs a tight system.
Why this role exists
More stories than one shoot a month can tell
SHAPE has fitted over 200,000 women across seven Dhaka stores since 2019, and sells online every day. The women, the stores, the staff and the fittings are the content. There is more of it than one shoot a month can capture, and it has to look and feel like SHAPE every time.
So SHAPE is building a network of creators who make video for the brand continuously, to a standard, on a calendar. This role runs that network as a system: who is in it, what they are briefed, what they deliver, whether it passes, and what they learn each week. It also puts SHAPE's own stores on camera: Facebook Lives, fittings, staff and the women who come in.
The work
What you own
- The network. Bring creators in from your own network and from the applications that come through the site. Brief them, send product, collect signed terms and release forms, and keep them producing. Keep the pool the right size, and release creators who stop delivering.
- Production. Run shoots, batches and brand campaigns through creators, to a calendar and a standard. Be on set. Be in the stores. Solve the problem in the room, not from a desk.
- The brand check. Review every video against SHAPE's brand direction within one working day. Approve, return with one clear note, or decline, and keep the creator wanting to work with you.
- Lives and reviews. Run SHAPE's Facebook Lives from the stores every week, with the staff and the women who are being fitted. Get the women who leave happy to say so in a review.
- The system. One shared sheet, one row per video, from brief to delivery to feedback. Right, current, and the thing everyone else works from.
- Criteria. Define what a good video is for SHAPE, in writing, and measure every delivery against it. Over time, develop the systems that let creators who deliver more be rewarded for it.
- Feedback. Every creator hears from you every week: what worked, what did not, and what to make next. Patterns across the winners become next week's briefs.
The whole network, end to end. It grows as SHAPE grows, and the scope of the role grows with it.
Fit
Who this is for
A people person who understands brand. You already know fifty creators in Bangladesh who would pick up your call, and you can tell within thirty seconds which of them can make something SHAPE would run.
You are always on the call. A creator who goes quiet hears from you first. A shoot that is slipping gets fixed by you turning up. You are as comfortable in a SHAPE store on a Friday evening running a Live as you are in a spreadsheet on Monday morning.
You are comfortable with intimate apparel as a product category and with women's bodies of every size on screen, and you hold a high bar on how they are shown. If you would rather make the videos than run the people who make them, this is the wrong seat.
Background
Experience we value
We are looking for a demonstrated track record of getting content made through other people, at volume, on time. Candidates who can show a network they built and the work that came out of it will be prioritised.
Relevant experience, in order of preference.
- Ran a creator, influencer or talent network and shipped content from it at volume, for a brand or an agency.
- Ran production or brand campaigns at a brand or agency, working through outside creators, videographers and editors to a calendar.
- Managed a roster of freelancers or suppliers against briefs and deadlines, and ran the sheet everyone worked from.
- Community, talent or artist management with a visible network and a record of getting people to deliver.
What you must be able to do. Name fifty creators you can call today. Say no to a video on brand grounds in one sentence, in Bangla or English. Write down what a good video is and score deliveries against it. Run a shoot, a set and a store Live. Keep a sheet that is right. Follow up without being asked. Work in Bangla and English.
Placement is set by the strength and quality of your network and your experience in branding.
The week
A typical week
- Monday. Review last week's deliveries in the sheet. Send every creator their feedback and next brief. Set the week's shoots and Lives.
- Tuesday to Thursday. On set and in the stores. Review new submissions within a day. Onboard two or three new creators. Ship product. Run at least one store Live. Film reference clips and collect staff and customer faces for the briefs.
- Friday. Report the week's numbers. Update next week's briefs. Chase every creator who has gone quiet.
Measures and pay
How you are measured, and how you are paid
Named here so you know what the job is judged on. Values and targets are set with you in writing when you start.
- Videos delivered per week that pass the brand check
- On brief and on time. Share of pieces delivered to brief, by the date set
- Active creators, and creators retained after three months
- Lives run from the stores per week
- Reviews gathered from the women on camera and in store, per week
- Campaigns delivered on date
- Criteria in use. Written criteria for a good video exist, and every delivery is scored against them
Pay is negotiable, set by the strength and quality of your creator network and your experience in branding, plus a monthly bonus tied to the measures above and defined in your offer. Tell us in the application what you want, and for what time commitment.

Before you apply
Questions candidates ask
Will I be making the videos
Mostly not. Creators make them. You run the network that makes them, the shoots and sets they happen on, and SHAPE's store Lives. You will be on camera sometimes.
Do I need my own network of creators
Yes. This role starts with the creators you can already call. If you have run a network for a brand or an agency, show us the work that came out of it.
Is this full-time
Full-time is preferred. If you already run a network and can only give part of the week, say in the form what you can give and what it costs, and we will talk.
Is there an application deadline
No. Applications are reviewed as they arrive and the role closes as soon as the right person is found.
