Buying a Bra for Your Mother: A Daughter's Guide
The short answer: Two reliable routes. Either send us the label from a bra she already wears and we match a size and a softer, more supportive style, or give her a gift card and let her choose with a fit advisor. The gift card is better if you are unsure, because panties cannot be exchanged and sizing matters.
A lot of daughters buy their mother's bras, and it is usually done by guessing from the last one. Ammu will not ask for a new one and will not complain about the old one, so the guess carries on for years longer than it should.
The easiest accurate method
Find a bra she wears often. Photograph the label, including the size and the brand. Send it to us on WhatsApp. We will tell you the closest SHAPE size and two styles that suit the way she dresses.
This works better than asking her size, because the size she will tell you is often the size she bought twenty years ago. It also avoids a conversation she may not want to have.

The gift card route
If you are not confident, this is the better gift and not the lazy one. She comes in, gets measured properly, possibly for the first time, and picks what she wants. Many women have never had a fitting, and the fitting turns out to be the actual present.

Bring her in, if she will come
The single best version of this is the two of you coming in together. She can be measured in a private room with the door shut, you can wait outside or be in the room, and nobody will comment on her body. Our advisors are trained to measure and to stay quiet about everything else.
