About SHAPE

An emerging retail chain, growing fast.

SHAPE Lingerie is an emerging Bangladeshi retail chain, with five stores across Dhaka and a fast-growing digital business. The Company has given over 500,000 fit consultations and is known for one thing above all: the trust of the women it serves. More stores are opening this year, and marketing is scaling with them.

The role

One decision. One plan. Every channel.

SHAPE already has strong pieces: a founder who tells the brand's story, a content team producing good creative, and a Growth Engineer running media buying and AI agents for workflow automation. What is missing is the person who connects them. When SHAPE opens a store, brings back a bestseller, or tells a story, you turn that decision into one clear brief, one plan, one coordinated push across every channel it belongs on, and one honest report on what worked.

Marketing at SHAPE is a direct driver of revenue, not a support function. You will sit close to the business numbers and be expected to think from them.

One thing you will not do: media buying. Our Growth Engineer owns technical and media buying on Meta, Google, and TikTok, and runs our customer retention engine via Claude, Shopify, and Klaviyo. You will work closely with him, understand his side, and will not have to run an ad account yourself.

The team

How the team works

  • Founder. Brand direction, final creative approval, and your manager.
  • Operating Partner. Commercial priorities, and your coach on the business side.
  • Growth Engineer. Paid media, measurement, and the marketing technology stack. Your coach on the technical side.
  • Content team. Produces the creative. You sequence their campaign work through one shared plan.
  • You. The brief, the calendar, the timeline, the coordination, and the postmortem.

Direction comes from more than one person, but never three competing task lists. Everything flows through one campaign plan, which is yours.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Own the campaign calendar: plan each push, write the brief, hold the timeline.
  • Write focused briefs the content team can execute against, rooted in business priorities and customer insight.
  • Keep everyone aligned on what is shipping, when, and why.
  • Put every strong asset on every channel it belongs on: Meta, WhatsApp, email, Google Business Profiles, the stores, creators, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Sit with customers every month, and bring what you hear into the briefs.
  • Visit our stores every month. Coordinate content from the retail floor and bring the in-store warmth to our digital audience.
  • Create human experiences. In an age when everything is digital, design physical moments for the brand: events, store activations, gatherings women remember.
  • Run the creator programme, lead the marketing plan for each store launch, and deliver a weekly readout of what worked.

Requirements

What we look for

  • 2 to 4 years in campaign management, brand marketing, integrated marketing, or agency strategic planning for consumer brands.
  • A business-first mind, the most important thing here. You think like a P&L owner and solve business problems with marketing.
  • Comfort with numbers. Excel and Google Sheets do not scare you.
  • Strong brief writing: a vague request becomes a clear problem, audience, message, and deadline.
  • Coordination without friction: you get good work from people who do not report to you.
  • The person who plans also ships.
  • Clear Bangla and English. Comfortable with Shopify, project trackers, and Claude or similar AI tools.
  • Background, in order of preference: intimate apparel · retail fashion · DTC or ecommerce · beauty · agency for consumer brands. A campaign you personally owned beats the logo on your CV.

What SHAPE offers

Compensation, learning, and growth

We write things down before we discuss them. And promotion here comes from closeness to the customers: most of our recently promoted executives came up from the retail floor, at SHAPE or outside.

  • BDT 30,000 to 40,000 per month, plus a performance bonus tied to revenue and business performance, defined in your first quarter, with real upside.
  • Festival Bonus: 2. Company mobile phone and other benefits as per Company policy.
  • Learning: work closely with SHAPE's founder, with monthly business coaching from the Operating Partner, who has worked at Silicon Valley technology companies, and guidance from advisers who are among the country's most respected people in finance and banking.
  • Training on Claude and modern marketing tools.
  • Strong performers grow into a management role owning marketing outright.
