The short answer: Both are wire-free, seamless and smooth under a fitted top. Seamless T-Shirt Bra is sized by band range and holds a defined round shape. Seamless Air Bra is the lightest bra we make and follows your shape instead of setting one. Pick by whether you want shape or near-nothing.
These are the two bras women compare most often, because they look similar on a page and cost similar money. The difference is not quality. It is how much the bra decides your shape versus how much it stays out of the way.

The sizing difference matters
The T-Shirt Bra is sized by band range: M is 32 to 34 inches, L is 34 to 36, XL is 36 to 38, 2XL is 38 to 40. That makes it one of the easiest styles to order online, because you are matching a measurement to a number rather than guessing a letter.
The Air is sized by letter, M to 3XL, and goes further up the range. Between sizes on either, go up one.
Most styles run M to 3XL, with core styles reaching 5XL. Band-and-cup styles come in bands 34 to 44, cups A to DD.
Which to pick for which problem
You want a round, even line under a fitted top. T-Shirt Bra. The moulded cup does that job.
It is April and you want the least possible bra. Air. It is genuinely the lightest thing in the range and the fabric absorbs sweat and dries fast.
You need more than 2XL. Air runs to 3XL; the T-Shirt Bra stops at 2XL. Above that, Longwear Bra runs M to 5XL.
You want show-through stopped. Both do it. Both have moulded pads.
If neither is quite right
The third option women land on is Seamless Contour Bra. It is more structured than the Air and has higher side wings than the T-Shirt Bra, which makes it the better choice if side spill is your issue or if the outfit is georgette.

The Air is cheaper against. Value depends on which job you need done, not on the gap between them.
Can I wear the T-Shirt Bra under a kameez?
Yes, and it works well under a fitted one. Under a loose kameez the Air is more comfortable.
Do the pads come out of both?
Yes, on most of our seamless styles the pad slides out, including these two.
I am between M and L. Which do I order?
Go up to L on either. On seamless styles the fabric holds, so the larger size is the safer choice.
