Lay the bra flat with the inside facing up. Find the opening on the inner edge of the cup, usually along the bottom. Slide two fingers in, pinch the pad, and pull it out gently. Do not yank. The pad is a thin foam disc that comes out smoothly if you pull evenly.How to put it back

Take the pads out before you wash the bra. Hand wash or use a mesh laundry bag on a gentle cycle. Pads that go through a full spin cycle can warp and lose their shape over time. Dry pads flat, not hanging. Re-insert them once both the bra and pads are completely dry.Questions women ask us
Will the pad crease if I remove it?
Not if you store it flat. Lay removed pads on a shelf or in a drawer. Do not fold or stuff them into a bag.
Can I machine wash the pad separately?
You can, inside a mesh bag on a gentle cycle. But hand washing is safer. Spin cycles can warp the foam over time.
Do all SHAPE bras have removable pads?
No. The Un-Lined Bra has no pad at all. The Sure Cover and Sculpting Bra have fixed padding. The Air, Signature Seamless, and Contour have removable pads.
