Cut-and-sew vs seamless construction
Most bras sold in Bangladesh are cut-and-sew: flat pieces of fabric are cut from a pattern, then stitched together. Every stitch creates a ridge. Over 10 to 15 hours of wear, those ridges press into skin, leave marks, and sometimes cause rashes.
A seamless bra starts as a tube of knitted fabric shaped on a heated mould. The layers are fused, not sewn. The result is a smooth, single-piece cup with no internal seams.
