Exchange & Return Policy
- Exchange is not applicable on panties or sale products.
- For exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery; applicable for both inside and outside Dhaka.
- Return & refund is only applicable if a product is unexchangable.
- An extra delivery charge will be applied for exchange/return deliveries as per inside or outside Dhaka standard delivery charges.
- For purchases made online, exchange will ONLY be given online, NOT FROM THE STORE.
- The refund amount will be processed within 3-5 working days after the SHAPE team receives the products at hand in an undamaged condition.
- Delivery charges as applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount & the remaining amount will be processed digitally via bank or bkash.
